The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Pratunam, in a lively and vibrant alley. It may seem a bit dodgy, but it adds to the charm and character of the place.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the center of Pratunam. The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, though in a dodgy street and hidden in an alley, was actually quite convenient. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Spent Xmas in this hotel and had a blast! First, the breakfast was really filling with lots of options to choose from. Second, the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the mall and surrounded by street food and convenience stores. And best of all, the room was clean and cosy with a comfy bed and fresh towels every day!

The shower in the bathroom wasn't fully enclosed, which made the whole floor wet and slippery after showering. the washing machine took a long time to complete a cycle and the dryer kept getting clogged, so we had to pay extra to do our laundry elsewhere.

The hotel's location is a perfect match for those on a shopping spree, offering easy access to the wholesale market, many shopping centers, and right in the heart of the shopping center. Guests have access to clean rooms and a readily available supply of drinking water. Plus, the hotel's staff is friendly and accommodating, making it easy to arrange the perfect trip around the city.

One aspect to keep in mind is the need for renovations in some areas of the hotel.
